Buyer fit
Relevant for teams running heavy containerised or GPU-backed workloads that want automated compute and commitment optimisation. Since the Flexera acquisition, evaluate it alongside Flexera One rather than as a standalone product, and confirm the integration roadmap.
Market outlook
Flexera completed its acquisition of the Spot portfolio from NetApp on 3 March 2025, reportedly for about $100 million. Product names and packaging are being folded into Flexera.
