Buyer fit

The starting point for any Microsoft 365 Copilot estate. It covers readiness and adoption, a Copilot Dashboard with estimated savings, an Agent Dashboard, a Consumption Dashboard for Copilot and GitHub AI credits, and Advanced Reporting where uploaded business outcome data can be set against usage. Estimated savings are modelled, not measured; the business impact report is the stronger evidence. Azure cost management does not cover any of this.

Market outlook

Part of Microsoft 365. Stable, but deeper features depend on Viva Insights licensing and only see Microsoft tools.

What to check

  • The Copilot business impact report needs business outcome data uploaded by the customer.
  • The Consumption Dashboard shows users and spending policies nearing their limits; the limits themselves are set in the admin centre.
  • Blind to non-Microsoft AI tools, so it does not replace a cross-vendor workforce AI view.
