AI value ledger
A small operating record for a material AI workflow that treats value evidence like financial evidence. The minimum record is an owner, a workflow ID, a model route, a value hypothesis, a measurement method, the evidence confidence and a scale, redesign or stop decision.
Why it matters
It joins technical telemetry, workflow metrics and business outcomes in one place, so a value claim has an owner, a baseline and an evidence level.
