Generate, Verify, Absorb
A three-stage model of an AI-enabled workflow. Generate produces drafts, code, analysis, options and agent actions. Verify establishes that the output is right, safe and compliant to the level the risk demands. Absorb decides, adopts, changes the process and banks the benefit.
Why it matters
It shows that one stage is the binding constraint at a time, and that the constraint moves downstream when generation gets cheaper.
