Implement, phase 2 of 4

Prove

What changed because AI was used, and how strong is the evidence?

Cost and usage are recorded automatically; value usually is not. Prove ties a workflow to an owner, a baseline and a measured outcome, then labels the claim with how strongly it is known. On this site's proposal, no monetised claim stands below evidence level E2, and released time is not treated as realised value until it shows up in an accepted record.

Inputs: a baseline before AI, an outcome measure and fully loaded cost. Work: compare with the baseline or a holdout, label the evidence level from E0 to E4, put money on claims only from E2 upwards. Output: an evidence-labelled value claim. Watch for treating released time as value.
Prove on one page: what goes in, the work, and what it hands on.
